What Are You Carrying?
2:17 minRead the script
Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take one slow breath in… and let it go.
Now ask yourself — what am I carrying right now?
You’re not asking what you should be feeling. Not what you’ll deal with later. What is actually here, with you, in this moment?
Maybe it’s a worry you’ve been pushing down. Maybe it’s someone else’s expectations you picked up without realizing it. Maybe it’s exhaustion. Grief. A decision you keep avoiding. Whatever it is.
Just notice it. You don’t have to fix it or explain it.
Place your hand on your chest. Say to whatever you are carrying:
I see you.
I see what you’ve been holding.
You don’t have to rush past this. No judgment. No fixing. Just a soft, compassionate gaze — turned toward yourself.
Just let yourself be seen — bear witness to what you are carrying, right now, exactly as you are.
Take one more slow breath in…
And as you exhale, simply be with yourself. Just be.
